![]() Killing the Smoke Devil requires level 93 Slayer. Next on the list, we have the pet Smoke Devil, coming in at number 5. ![]() It is also fairly decent Combat XP per hour, and the Mole can be a very good source of bird nests for Ironman accounts. Completing the Falador Hard Diary gives you the Mole locator, and getting about 50 kills per hour will profit you approximately 600 000 per hour as well. This translates into an almost 16% chance of getting the pet. So, I calculated this from 50 kills per hour, which means 500 kills in 10 hours, at a drop rate of 1 in 3000. The next one on this list is the Baby Mole, and he has a drop rate of 1 in 3000 from the Giant Mole.Īt high combat levels, with good combat stats, you can get a kill just over every minute. But, in terms of XP and efficiency, it is not really worth your time. But, I would not really suggest going out of your way just to get the Skotizo pet. Some people will do more than 1.1 Skotizo kills per hour. But, if you were to do 1.1 Skotizo kills per hour, making 11 in 10 hours, you would have a 15.68% chance of landing the Skotizo pet. If you would like to learn how to farm your Skotizo totems, the link to the video will be at the end of this article. The next one on this list is Skotos, and I have made a video in the past about farming Skotizo totems, and I have calculated this one based on 1.1 Skotizo kills per hour, which is being pretty conservative considering sometimes you can get a full totem in under 30 minutes. The Wilderness bosses have a much better drop rate for the pets than most of the other Bosses, having only a 1 in 2000 chance of dropping a pet. 270 Kills of Venenatis gives you a 12.63% chance of getting the Spiderling. So, in 10 hours, you can do approximately 250 – 270 kills. This assumes that you get a kill approximately every 2 minutes and 20 seconds, which is actually being quite conservative, and is pretty accurate considering how much you will get PK’d. The next one on this list is the Venenatis Spiderling. ![]() There are a few easier ones that I will talk about a bit further on. But, the Hellpuppy is not the easiest Slayer pet to get. The gear set up for Cerberus is quite a high requirement, and you need a lot of money in order to afford the whole set up. It does require 91 Slayer, but once you start hitting those Crystal Drops, you will be making well over 2 000 000 per hour. At the same time, Cerberus makes a lot of money per hour. Number 9 on the Top 10 Easiest Pets to get is the Hellpuppy, and once you get the hang of Cerberus, it is possible to get over 35 kills per hour.ĭoing 10 hours straight of Cerberus, you would have an 11.9% chance of getting the Hellpuppy as a pet. So, it is more recommended just to kill JAD when you have a Slayer Task, so that you get the Slayer XP reward as well. The thing about JAD though, is that you don’t really make a lot of money while you are killing JAD. You can also then go and hand in your Fire Capes for an extra chance at the pet, and you have 19.55% chance of getting a pet after 10 hours of killing, and then handing in the Fire Capes. There is an approximately 11% chance that you will get a pet after 10 hours of doing the Fight Caves. With a very high range level, and a good set up, some people can do 30 minute JAD runs. I am mainly just talking about 10 hours of grinding out, trying to get that pet.Ĭoming in at the number 10 spot, we have the JAD pet. I am not really taking into account the requirements that you need and the time it takes to get the requirements for these pets. The final pet that I mention in this article will be the easiest one to get, based on 10 hours of going for it. But, I am only going to show the 10 easiest ones in this article. Then from that, I have ranked them from hardest to easiest ones to get. From that, I have worked out the approximate chance of getting a pet after 10 hours using binomial probability. I am only going not be including the skilling, bossing, and other rare pets.įor the simplicity of this article, I have calculated the approximate number of pet rolls that you get after 10 hours of doing that certain skill or boss. I am not going to be including pets like the pet cat, or the pet rock. But, of course, since the drop rates are so rare, some people can go dry of pets for thousands of kills. So, basically, these are the pets which should take you the least amount of time to get. This entire article is based on the drop rate of the pets, and how often you roll the drop rate. Today I am counting down the Top 10 easiest pets that you can get in Old School Runescape.
